Our law office has been headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida since it's inception on January 1, 1997. 
Over the past twelve and a half years, we have served numerous victims and their families that have been injured and harmed by the negligence of others. Mr. O'Leary has tried multiple cases to jury verdict and has also litigated multiple cases in the District Courts of Appeal in the State of Florida. 

In 2007 Mr. O'Leary was initiated into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which represents one of the most prestigous groups of trial lawyers in the United Sates. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Mr. O'Leary is the only attorney in Bonita Springs that is a member of the forum.

Over the years Mr. O'Leary has taken over cases from other attorneys that involved difficult facts, whether they be involving difficult liability facts or difficult legal issues, and has been able to turn those cases into valuable recoveries for his clients.  On January 28, 2010 Mr. O'Leary obtained a $2,007,500 (two million seven thousand five hundred dollar) verdict from a Sarasota County jury in a highly contested difficult liability wrongful death case.
